Assistant of Reservation Manager

Assistant of the Reservation Administration (m/w)

Your Function
-to attend the daily hotel reservations via email
-secretary work for the agency
-ongoing servicing to clients at destination by phone
-contact by phone with all funding agents in destination
-to resolve problems of clients and mistakes of partner companies
-allocation of tasks to service providers
-to perform active sales conversation by phone, outbound calls
-ongoing support service to tour operators, particularly Europe and Russia
-active sales of strategic, operative and regional measures
-regional yield vending activities
-selection and implementation of marketing instrumentation
-identification of development potential per tour operator and partner
-development and performance according measures
-control and monitoring of capacity, market and competition
-assistance to product management for hotel purchase acquirement of descriptions and vending brochures
-active support of tour operators' representatives, to work out lists for presentations, to handle complaints
-ongoing implementation of events, excursions and presentations
-active support and direct sales to customers
-administration of workshops
-administration of intern budget, assistance in agency sales
-active execution of national and regional objectives
 
 
Your Profile:
-commercial education or practice (f.e. travel management assistance, manager's assistant or tourism school student)
-distinctive economical comprehension
-analytical mind, diligent work attitude and oriented to objective
-high service attendance and a "smile at the phone"
-professional work at PC
-excellent abilities in English and another language (f.e. French, German, Russian, Italian) open you the path to an International company
-comprehension of Greek would be advantageous
-inter cultural competence

-pragmatic outworking ability
-high social competence and empathy in dealing with customers and during work in team
