Aerobics A
form of exercise using the same large muscle group, rhythmically, for a
period of 15 to 20 minutes or longer while maintaining 60-80% of your
maximum heart rate. Aerobic exercise conditions the heart and lungs by
increasing oxygen available to the body and by enabling the heart to
use oxygen more efficiently. Many different forms are practiced from
Aqua aerobics in a pool using the support and resistance of the water
to step aerobics where a small platform is used to step on and off.
Aromatherapy This
involves the application of fragrant essential oils during a variety of
treatments such as massages, facials and bodywraps. Different oils are
used to induce different therapeutic benefits. For example; Almond,
used for moisturising skin; Lavender, excellent for refreshing tired
muscles, feet and hands; Rosemary, helps combat water retention and
cellulite and Ylang Ylang, soothing and relaxing during times of
tension and stress.
Ayurveda An

to balance and heal the mind, body and spirit. This includes nutrition,
herbal medicine, massage, aromatherapy and meditation to bring about
harmony in the body. The treatment starts with a consultation during
which your body type (dosha) is determined. This will influence the
resulting diet, massage and herbal remedies that are prescribed.
Exfoliation This

skin, leaving your body feeling fresh and invigorated. A variety of
